Pneumatic Dust Collector Introduction
Pneumatic dust collector for dedusting Widely used in the Food, Grain and Feed Industries. Also used in Chemical, Medical, and other industries.
On the premise that the total filtration area remains unchanged, the diameter and length of the bag are still changeable, belonging to non-standard products, so it can be customized according to the site space. There are many kinds of cloth bag materials, such as normal temperature, high temperature, anti-static, flame retardant, and so on. At present, the temperature is usually less than 230 ℃, for example, the high-temperature flue gas of 800 ℃ needs to be cooled to about 200 ℃ by a cooling device before entering the dust collector, and sometimes it needs to be equipped with an emergency bypass vent valve, etc.
Pneumatic Dust Collector Technological Process:
Pollution source generation point → suction hood collection → branch air duct ventilation → main air duct ventilation → dust collector filtration → power fan → exhaust.
